- Donald Trump Palace, New York ($ 125,000,000). The Trump Palace is, in fact, one of the best-known houses in the world right now. The entire building has 18 luxurious rooms. Mr. Trump is very proud of his residence and considers the surrounding community “the richest community in the world.”
- Updown Court, UK ($ 140,000,000). The Updown Court has surely seen better days; it is currently empty due to its very high maintenance price. Many people don’t really like the location either! The farm has an underground garage and 24 rooms. Running this place is extremely expensive (around $ 500,000 per month)!
- Ira Rennert Mansion, New York ($ 180 million). This is another house known all over the world. Its owner, Ira Rennert, is a highly successful American businessman and investor. This farm is considered the largest in the entire American continent! The Ira Rennert mansion has 39 bathrooms, 29 bedrooms, multiple sports courts and a bowling alley.
- La Villa La Leopolda, France ($ 398,350,000). Villa La Leopolda is known to belong to Bill Gates. Its current owner is Roman Abramovich, a Russian businessman who also owns Millhouse LLC (a private investment company). The farm is definitely one of the most incredible in the world right now.
